Monthly on the last Thursday at 12:00 noon.  There are no meetings in July, August, or December.

The Board’s mandate is to provide stewardship of TCU Place on behalf of the owners and to supervise and evaluate the management of the Auditorium’s business and affairs, to maintain its financial strength and integrity, to oversee the Auditorium’s strategic direction, its organizational structure and the succession planning of senior management.

Established: December 13, 1965 and continued pursuant to Sections 169 and 241 of The Non-Profit Corporations Act and as set out the Articles of Continuance dated September 24, 1980 with respect to the Centennial Auditorium & Convention Centre Corporation.

Updated: Articles of Incorporation (Section 6) - January 18, 1995 and Bylaw No. 7454 (January 16, 1995); and  Centennial Auditorium & Convention Centre Corporation Bylaw No. 1.

Board members shall serve without receiving remuneration.  The following services and benefits are provided to members in accordance with Policy No. C01-003, Appointments to Civic Boards, Commissions, Authorities, and Committees: 
* Reimbursement of childcare expenses for scheduled meetings (receipt required) 
* Parking permits and bus tickets
* Hearing & visual assistance
