Effective January 1, 2016, a pension plan known as the “Saskatoon Police Pension Plan” is hereby established for the primary purpose of providing employees of the Commission with lifetime incomes after retirement in respect of their services as employees of the Commission.

The Trustees shall be comprised as follows:                            

3 Trustees from the Police Association

1 Trustee from the Executive Officers Association

3 Trustees appointed by the Board of Police Commissioners

Observers may be appointed as follows, but optional:

1 Observer from the Police Association

1 Observer from the Executive Officers Association

2 Observers from the Board of Police Commissioners

1 Retired member selected by the Association
