Trustees will only be replaced upon resignation or termination.
Trust agreements have to be amended upon change in membership (i.e. need Deed of Appointment.

A Thursday at 10:00 a.m.
* Willingness and ability to carry out the duties of a trustee and fulfill the associated fiduciary obligations;
* Possess an understanding of the needs of the Plan’s membership; and
* Ability to serve as a trustee in an independent and objective fashion.
Responsible for matters relating to the administration, interpretation, and overall operation or application of the Defined Contribution Plan.
Historically, membership consists of:
· One City Councillor;
· Two management representatives;
· Two employee group representatives (appointed by consensus of the employee group); and
· One independent representative (approved of by remaining Trustees and appointed by City Council.
